With the summer holiday behind you, don't you think it's time to have a rockin' good time again?
We have a great reason to do so! September 27th we will celebrate our 13th anniversary in De Bosuil in Weert (NL).
Thirteen IS a lucky number. We couldn't be happier when playing rock 'n roll music. So come along and celebrate it with a great night out full of other rockers you already know and see again, and/or meet new like-minded people.
Why in Weert? These surroundings are where it all began. We will play a special show with our very first songs, our most popular ones AND maybe even something new! It's also the release moment of a re-issue of our first EP Going Out, that's sold out for a long time. Besides that we will bring an awesome band from Sweden: Grande Royale. It will be one of their first shows in The Netherlands, so you better are a part of it.

ANNIVERSARY SHOW
The Dirty Denims will play a different set as usual. We will play something old (looking back at the early years), something new (a quick peek into the future), something borrowed (of course some super cool covers from great bands we're influenced by) and something blue (...uhhh no, nothing blue! It's all happy this evening!)
GRANDE ROYALE
Rock'n'roll band from Sweden, who find their roots in the early 70's rock scene of Detroit and the 90's rock scene in Scandinavia, mixed up with some vintage pop. The music is straight forward rock'n'roll packed with electric guitars, melodic vocals and thundering bass lines. They even worked with Nicke Andersson (Imperial State Electric, The Hellacopters, Entombed) as the engineer/producer!
GREAT PEOPLE
Hardrock attracts great people who are in for a rocking party. They love guitars, drums, bass and an energetic performance, just like you! So let's meet each other in real life and have a great night out. Also at the venue (De Bosuil) are working great people. At the entrance, bar and so on there are working volunteers so they are in it for the love of concerts. You can feel that!
NICE LOCATION
Besides practicle things such as plenty of room to park your car (for free!) and that it has a quite central location for people from The Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, De Bosuil has a great atmosphere, sound and lightning. They asked us if we wanted to use the complete big hall (which has a capacity of 600 people), or the cosy bar set-up and we've choosen the last one because of the more intimate and energetic vibe.
RELEASE OF RE-ISSUE EP GOING OUT
In 2009 we've released our very first EP: Going Out. It contains 5 songs: Ride Tonight, Going Out, Rock & Roll Victim, Bad Girl and Baby Let's Go. This CD is sold out for ages, but we still get questions about it from people who want to complete their collection. So we've decided to release a re-issue in limited run only in a full colour CD-wallet and it's available at this event for the first time.
